Samurai Gear Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing and Delivery Information

  • Handling Time: Orders are processed within 1 day.
  • Delivery Time: Orders will be delivered within 1 to 2 days, Monday through Saturday.
  • Estimated Delivery Time: 1-3 business days, depending on location.
  • Order Cut-off Time: 5 PM (GMT+04:00).
  • Shipping Charges: A flat rate of 25 AED for all domestic shipments within the UAE.
  • Shipping Partner: We use iCARRY for delivery.

2. Estimated Taxes

  • Taxes: Estimated taxes are calculated at checkout and added to the order total. The exact amount of taxes will be based on the applicable tax rates at the time of purchase.

3. Address Changes

  • Before Shipping: If your order has not shipped yet, we can update your shipping address. Please email us at support@samuraigear.ae as soon as possible.
  • After Shipping: Once an order is shipped, we cannot change the address. If your order is in transit to the wrong address, please refer to our Order Support & FAQs page for more information.

4. Invalid Addresses

  • Responsibility: We are not responsible for orders returned due to invalid or incorrect addresses entered at checkout. If your order is lost due to an incorrect address, no refund will be issued.
  • Address Confirmation: If your address is flagged as invalid, we may email you to confirm the details. If we do not receive a response and the address is shippable, we will ship the order as is. If the address is incomplete and we do not hear back, your order will be canceled, and you will receive a full refund. Please check your email (including your spam folder) for any messages from us.

5. Tracking

  • Issue Reporting: Since we currently do not provide tracking services, please email us at support@samuraigear.ae if you have any concerns about your order's status.

6. Return to Sender

  • Domestic Orders: If your domestic order is returned to us, you can choose to have it reshipped or receive a refund for the cost of the items. After processing the returned item, we will contact you via email to confirm whether you want a reshipment or a refund. If reshipping, we will need to confirm the correct address and invoice for reshipment costs. Once the invoice is paid, the package will be re-shipped.
  • No Response: If we do not receive a response or payment for re-shipping, we will refund the item cost only. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Once a refund is processed, the order cannot be restored.
