1. How can I change my shipping address?
- If your order has not shipped yet, email us immediately at support@samuraigear.ae. Once an order is shipped, we cannot change the address.
2. What if my address is incorrect?
- If you enter an incorrect address at checkout, we are not responsible for returned or lost orders. We may contact you to confirm your address if it's flagged as invalid. If you do not respond, your order may be canceled, and you will receive a refund.
3. My tracking information hasn’t updated. What should I do?
- Since we currently do not provide tracking services, please email us at support@samuraigear.ae if you have any concerns about your order's status.
4. What happens if my order is returned to sender?
- For domestic orders, we will contact you to either reship the order or issue a refund. If reshipping, we will need to confirm the correct address and invoice for reshipping costs. If we do not receive a response or payment for reshipping, we will refund the item cost only. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
5. Who pays for return shipping?
- For returns due to change of mind, you are responsible for the shipping costs. Returns for defective items may be eligible for free return shipping.
6. How do I return an item?
- Contact our customer service for return instructions. You’ll need to cover the shipping cost for returns due to change of mind. We do not provide return labels.
7. How long does it take for my order to arrive?
- Orders are processed within 1 day and delivered within 1 to 2 days, Monday through Saturday. The total estimated delivery time is 1-3 business days depending on your location.
8. What are the shipping charges?
- We charge a flat rate of 25 dirhams for all domestic shipments within the UAE.
9. Who is your shipping partner?
- We use iCARRY to handle and deliver your orders.
